Elite Prop India does not provide brokerage services, investment advice, portfolio management, or financial recommendations.

3. Simulated Accounts

All accounts offered by Elite Prop India are simulated trading accounts. No real money trading occurs at any stage.

Any rewards or payouts are based solely on simulated trading performance and compliance with trading rules.

4. Eligibility

Users must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.

Elite Prop India reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at its sole discretion.

5. Fees

Evaluation fees are charged for access to simulated trading infrastructure and assessment services. All fees are non-refundable and disclosed upfront.

6. Trading Rules

Users must comply with all trading rules, drawdown limits, risk parameters, and behavioral guidelines.

Violation of any hard rule may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Payouts

Payouts, where applicable, are discretionary and subject to verification, KYC completion, and rule compliance.

Elite Prop India reserves the right to delay, deny, or revoke payouts in cases of rule violations or suspected abuse.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Copy trading from external sources
  • Account sharing
  • Market manipulation
  • System exploitation
  • High-frequency trading
  • Gambling or toxic trading behavior

9. Account Termination

Elite Prop India may suspend or terminate accounts for rule violations, false information, or misuse of the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Elite Prop India shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of its services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, systems, and materials are the intellectual property of Elite Prop India.

12. Modifications

Elite Prop India reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

14. Final Authority
